Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of independent judges based on predefined criteria.

Judges’ decisions are final and cannot be contested.

4. Intellectual Property

By submitting your project, you grant GlobeStruct Award permission to use project details, images, and descriptions for promotional purposes.

All website content, including logos, graphics, and written materials, is owned by GlobeStruct Award and may not be reproduced without explicit permission.

5. Payment and Fees

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.

Fees are non-refundable except under conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any losses arising from technical issues, data errors, or incorrect information provided by applicants.

Participation in the award program does not guarantee selection or recognition.
